  I usually give good reviews for food establishments.... Unfortunately today this one has fallen short of my expectations....SADLY..... and i have used this cafe for a while!!....today 23/04/17....i ordered a sausage sandwich on WHITE BREAD....when the order arrived it was placed on BROWN...with BURNT SAUSAGES!!!.. I asked the young helper to change it to white bread ...which she did...it was brought back to me on two small pieces of white bread....the sandwich was not cut!!!...the sausages inside were burnt!!!.....i handed the sandwich back to the chef/chef helper at the back not wanting to stand in the way of other customers.....i then stood in line to get a refund of the sandwich...met by a very dismissive till handler!...when i explained that i was not ordering but was asking for a refund after i explained that i was not happy, and that the sandwich was handed into the kitchen already, i was QUESTIONED AS TO WHERE IT WAS!?!....i explained again that it was handed back to the kitchen...i was not believed!!...i was told that nobody had received it!!!!... The refund of £3.60 was then handed back in a manner that was not one of a sincere apology but of DISGUST THAT I HAD DARED TO COMPLAIN!!!!......
  It grieves me that i have to write a scathing review of a cafe that i have been using for a long time. And for all of this time the staff and the food have been exemplary!....but not on this occasion!... WHY???...
  
  WHERE DID THE PLATE AND SANDWICH DISAPPEAR TOO?????.....NO ONE KNOWS!!!!!!......

  All was redeemed on the 29/04/17...
  I had a sincere apology from the chef on duty at the time ...and a complimentary sausage sandwich!!!!.....well done and thank you especially to Tamarine, part of the waitressing team.

  Coffee. It's really good. Location. Perfectly positioned on the beach. Always pretty busy, and the queues can get long, but there's always lots of staff on, and they can deal with the queues effectively when it gets manic! Only had light bites/cakes/coffee here, and it wasn't bad at all - the coffee, as I mentioned, is second to none!

  Cafe Oasis is in a beautiful location with scenic views while you just chill and enjoy everything they have to offer. The food is Locally sourced and absolutely delicious with nice varied options it is very reasonably priced and if you are in the area it really is a MUST!! visit you Will Not Be Disappointed P.S. The North African Fish Stew is second to none

  Quite an average little cafe, if not getting a bit dated. Great location just on the sea front, off the promenade. Ordered two breakfast sandwiches, which took just short of 30 minutes! Had to ask what was taking so long just to slap bacon and egg onto a slice of bread, when the cafe wasn't seemingly busy. No tray offered for drinks to carry outside, no one offering to help open the door, cue a bit of a spill. I think the total was around £14 for a tea, latte and two sandwiches.
