  Whilst on holiday to the area, I went here a total of 3 times with my family. The childrens facilities are great. Good seating around the childrens area and it seems popular.
  
  Waiting times were a little on the longer side which could be improved on, but I'm normally patient enough to wait 45 minutes before getting my food. Two of the three trips were longer than this with one being a really quiet period.
  
  The food we ordered was nice, but it did come across the staff were holding back with any kind of sauce or garnish. I ordered a burger with spicy sauce and was given a spot around the size of a £2 coin under the the roll. This wasn't a problem as I could easily ask for more, but it took nearly 25 minutes when asked before I realized no one was coming back. In the end, the restaurant needed to be reminded that had I have waiting for the extra sauce, my dinner would have gone cold. We did have to ask for our sons chips to be redone as the hot-dog and chips were Luke warm at best. The restaurant did apologize for this and provided a fresh serving.
  
  All in, the experience was good but were let down by a few inconsistencies in their service. It did appear that luck of the draw was involved. Depending on who served you what how well or bad the service was.
