  Absolutely disgusted. Upon entering the hotel everything seemed to be ok, excusing the person that saw us seemed to lack in professionality. Once entering the room everything seemed ok, Upon further inspection the walls had horrible streaks across them, cobwebs filled the corners of the room. The furniture within the room was entirely mismatched overall, and once looking at the "En Suite" which was the size of a small cubicle, the overall bathroom needed a drastic rehaul. The shower had minimal pressure, the toilet roll holder was broken and the door didn't shut, along with the bathroom door that didn't lock. Never returning to this hotel again.
  
  Update: Tried the breakfast and it was appalling. Only cutlery was set up, got offered toast and had to use the same knives to eat with what I buttered with. Once the food came It tastes fake as heck.

  Great location, great service. From the moment I called to make my reservation, we were looked after. Parking is good. Fab afternoon cream tea included in the deal. Lovely staff. Charlotte placed my in-laws into the ground floor room as soon as I mentioned they are elderly. We had room 15 which, if you don't mind stairs, is great.
